(3)1.施工單位：總負責(zé)人（1人）具備二級建造師注冊證書，其他人員：（1人）具備相關(guān)專業(yè)中級工程師及以上職稱證書。 2.設(shè)計單位：總負責(zé)人（1人）具備二級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師注冊證書，其他人員：（1人）具備相關(guān)專業(yè)中級工程師及以上職稱證書。
