2.供應(yīng)商資格要求：
2.1基本要求：符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定的條件。
2.2第一包（電梯設(shè)備采購）
2.2.1供應(yīng)商若為生產(chǎn)制造商，須具有以下資質(zhì)：
（一）具有行業(yè)主管部門頒發(fā)的《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備制造許可證(電梯)》（乘客電梯B 級(jí)及以上）；
（二）具有行業(yè)主管部門頒發(fā)的B級(jí)及以上《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備安裝改造維修許可證（電梯）》。
2.2.2供應(yīng)商若為代理商，須具有以下資質(zhì)：
（一）供應(yīng)商所投電梯的生產(chǎn)制造商應(yīng)滿足“供應(yīng)商資格要求第2.2.1（一）條”要求；
（二）具有行業(yè)主管部門頒發(fā)的B級(jí)及以上《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備安裝改造維修許可證（電梯）》。
2.3第二包（電梯加裝工程）
2.3.1供應(yīng)商須具有建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
2.3.2供應(yīng)商須具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
2.3.3供應(yīng)商擬委派本項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有建筑工程注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及以上執(zhí)業(yè)資格同時(shí)具有安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B證），參與本工程投標(biāo)時(shí)未擔(dān)任其他工程的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
2.4信用要求
通過“信用中國(guó)”網(wǎng)站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、（www.ccgp.gov.cn）、“信用山東”（www.creditsd.gov.cn）及“信用青島”（credit.qingdao.gov.cn）查詢供應(yīng)商信用記錄，未被列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單，沒有其他不符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定條件的情形。
