一、招標(biāo)條件
林周縣邊交林鄉(xiāng)當(dāng)杰村廢棄溫室大棚改建項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)林發(fā)改【2020】48號(hào)文批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)。招標(biāo)文件已經(jīng)在行業(yè)主管部門備案，備案號(hào)為LS2020276。招標(biāo)人為林周鵬博項(xiàng)目代建管理有限公司，項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對該項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)行國內(nèi)公開招標(biāo)。
二、項(xiàng)目概況及招標(biāo)范圍
1、項(xiàng)目性質(zhì)：改建。
2、標(biāo)段劃分及招標(biāo)內(nèi)容：項(xiàng)目總建筑面積為8514平方米，改建溫室大棚12棟，建筑高度3.7米，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為砌體結(jié)構(gòu)+鋼屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)。（具體以最終的施工圖為準(zhǔn))
3、建設(shè)地點(diǎn)：拉薩市林周縣邊交林鄉(xiāng)；
4、資金產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展資金；
5、計(jì)劃工期：120日歷天（有效工期）；
6、工程質(zhì)量要求：合格。
三、投標(biāo)人資格要求：
1、本項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)人須是具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包叁級（含叁級）及以上資質(zhì)的獨(dú)立法人，信譽(yù)良好并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力；投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備相關(guān)專業(yè)貳級（含貳級）及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格、中級及以上工程技術(shù)職稱，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建工程的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理；
2、按藏建市管函〔2018〕275號(hào)文要求及藏建市管函〔2011〕85號(hào)進(jìn)行備案；（項(xiàng)目備案證在報(bào)名有效期內(nèi)進(jìn)行備案）。
3、本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；
4、有不良記錄且在公示期內(nèi)的企業(yè)不得報(bào)名。
四、投標(biāo)報(bào)名及招標(biāo)文件的領(lǐng)取
有意參加本項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)人，請于2020年09月14日至2020年09月18日登錄到拉薩市公共資源交易網(wǎng)（http://ggzy.Lasa.gov.cn）報(bào)名并下載招標(biāo)文件及施工圖紙。招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)每套850.00元人民幣，并由招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)出具相關(guān)票據(jù)。在遞交投標(biāo)文件時(shí)向招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)繳納，售后不退。
五、投標(biāo)文件的遞交：
1、投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間為2020年10月09日10時(shí)00分，投標(biāo)文件遞交地點(diǎn)為：拉薩市公共資源交易中心。
2、逾期送達(dá)、未送達(dá)指定地點(diǎn)或未按照招標(biāo)文件密封的投標(biāo)文件將被拒絕接收。
3、投標(biāo)人的法定代表人或其委托代理人須持本人二代身份證參加開標(biāo)會(huì)議，不到達(dá)開標(biāo)現(xiàn)場按廢標(biāo)處理。
